    Do the products come in their raw form?

    Yes. After your products are cut, they are dried and one side is sanded before being packaged.

    Are any chemicals used?

    Our products are preserved in their completely natural state. They are polished with organic olive oil without the use of any chemicals and shipped to you.

    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    Your order will be delivered to you within a maximum of 3 days via our contracted FedEx Express service on the same day. We can ship anywhere in the world.

    Will my product be damaged in transit?

    Packaging and logistics are among our most sensitive issues because each piece has its own unique pattern. For this reason, we package our shipments in triple-layer bubble bags and double-corrugated cardboard packaging. In addition, the shipping company provides insured shipping. If your product is damaged, you can receive a full refund from us.
